Once we receive your instructions we will prepare the Contract so
you can sell your property. Under the law you cannot show a
property for sale without a legal Contract being available to a
proposed Purchaser.
The Vendor Disclosure Legislation requires certain documents to be
included in the Contract for Sale including the following:
The Contract becomes binding when you & the purchaser execute the
contract. The purchaser is also required to pay the deposit.
After exchange you must contact your lender and sign the discharge
authority and sign the transfer of property form.
DIAZ will arrange settlement with your bank and co-ordinate with the
Purchaser’s solicitor and informs you once settlement has taken
place.
WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP IF YOU NEED FURTHER INFORMATION.
